Interactive Lectures & Hands-on Workshops

When lecturing on the practical application of her training techniques, Claudia makes her presentations interactive to keep the audience engaged and enhance their ability to assimilate the material. During her hands-on workshops, Claudia’s goal is not only to energize and motivate participants but to ensure that everyone walks away “owning” the info they learned—immediately able to put it into practice. She accomplishes this through a format that provides the opportunity to personally experience, coach and question each exercise. In-Service Training

Looking for a customized training for your team, organization or facility staff? Claudia can create a course specific to your needs/context of your work in any of the topics relative to her expertise: breathing biomechanics, mobility (warm up, cool down and program integration), best practices for movement therapies in sport, mindfulness, mindset training, recovery strategies, stress relief, addressing areas of the body (hips, shoulder girdle, etc.) or particular issues, like back pain, etc.

Program Integration

With a growing emphasis on the importance of breathing, mobility, mindfulness and recovery, Claudia is able to work with teams/organizations on effective integration of these techniques into individual and team programs. Claudia can help you determine what, where and how to put these elements into practice, including, as needed, the creation of deliverables such as exercise instruction videos, nutrition handouts, practice and game day routines to enhance performance, etc.

Biomechanics Consultation

Biomechanics in sports can be defined as the muscular, joint, and skeletal actions of the body during the execution of a given task, skill, and/or technique. This applies to the workplace as workers generally perform a specific repetitive task for 8 hours a day for 5 days a week. This is a significant amount of time potentially performing dysfunctional movement patters that can lead to chronic pain & injuries. Claudia can help you identify any faulty movement patterns & ways to correct theses to enhance your employees' work environment for optimal employee satisfaction, productivity, & overall wellness. 


Movement Therapy

These sessions combine a variety of tools (check out the TOOL BOX Dropdown menu to learn more about the different tools used) to customize your treatment to your specific needs & often resemble physical therapy more than traditional massage therapy. Sessions generally consist of these basic components: 

Assess, Treat, Re-Asses, Assign Self Care. A self care treatment plan will be prescribed to reinforce the changes made during your treatment session. It is crucial to your recovery that you follow through with your self care treatment plan. These movements will incorporate all of the concepts integral to a speedy recovery.  You are sent home with video demonstrations of you self care plan after each session for your reference.

Personal Coaching

The purpose of working with a personal coach is to maximize your potential. Is there some area of your life, be it personal or professional, that you’re looking to change? A personal coach can help you to meet, and often exceed, your goals.

A personal coach will work with you 1:1 to identify your specific goals, strengths and areas of opportunity. As you develop a relationship with your coach, they will gain a deeper understanding of what course of action best suits your goals, personality and strengths. As a result, your personal coach can provide you with proven strategies and customized plans to help you get the results you're after. If you wanted to be the best soccer player in the world, you’d never try without a great coach, and real life is far more demanding than soccer! That’s why a personal coach is so essential to transforming your dreams into reality. Many of the most successful athletes, celebrities, CEOs, executives, entrepreneurs and even politicians use personal coaching to better themselves and further their careers. These ambitious people already know that success is something that is never static; no matter how much success you have already achieved, you always have the potential to achieve so much more. Whether you’ve hit a plateau or are simply unsure of how to move forward, a personal coach can help you take your life to the next level. Clients are responsible for their own achievements and success. The client takes action; and the coach may assist, but never leads. These sessions are available via FaceTime, Google Hangouts, Zoom video calls, or in-person.
